Dubai Delivery Options

Same Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 12 midnight will be delivered on the same day.
• Orders placed after 12 midnight will be delivered the next morning starting from 10 am.
• Delivery Fees:
  • AED 10 for orders above AED 100.
  • AED 30 for orders below AED 100.
• Delivery Time: On average, deliveries take 90 minutes, subject to stock availability and traffic conditions.

1 Hour Delivery

• Available for Dubai locations within city limits, subject to:
  • AED 15 delivery fee for orders above AED 100.
  • AED 35 delivery fee for orders below AED 100.
• Exclusions: Damac Hills 2, Al Khawaneej 2 & 3, Muhaisnah, Al Qusais, Palm Jebel Ali, Al Aweer, and Dubai South areas are not eligible for 1-hour delivery.

Next Day Delivery

• Free delivery for orders above AED 100.
• AED 20 delivery fee for orders below AED 100.

Abu Dhabi Delivery Options

Same Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 6 pm will be delivered the same day.
• Delivery Fees:
  • AED 20 for orders above AED 100.
  • AED 30 for orders below AED 100.
• Exclusions: Same-day delivery is not available for Al Ain and Western Region areas. Al Ain orders will be delivered the next day, and Western Region areas follow a bi-weekly schedule.

Next Day Delivery

• AED 15 delivery fee for orders above AED 100.
• AED 20 delivery fee for orders below AED 100.

Sharjah Delivery Options

Same Day Delivery

• Orders placed before 5 pm will be delivered the same day.
• Delivery Fees:
  • AED 20 for orders above AED 100.
  • AED 30 for orders below AED 100.
• Exclusions: Areas such as Al Zubair, Al Sajaah, Al Rafea, Al Hawyah, Al Batayih, and Bin Rasheed are not eligible for same-day delivery.

Next Day Delivery

• Free delivery for orders above AED 150.
• AED 20 delivery fee for orders below AED 150.

Other Emirates Delivery Options (Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah)

• Orders placed before 2 pm will be delivered the next day.
• Delivery schedules are managed by third-party couriers (9 am to 10 pm).
• Notifications will be sent by the courier when the order is out for delivery.

International Shipments

• Shipments containing nicotine are subject to customs regulations and may be seized or denied.
• Please review local customs laws before placing international orders.
• Important: Orders seized or destroyed by customs cannot be refunded.
