Return and Refund Policy

• Visit any My Shisha Store in UAE or email info@myvapery.ae for returns or exchanges.
• A valid proof of purchase is required for all transactions.
• Only unopened products with original packaging are eligible. Opened or used items are not accepted due to hygiene and safety.
• Unopened products can be exchanged within 7 days from the purchase date.
• Refunds for credit/debit card purchases will be issued only to the same card or provided as cash at My Shisha stores.
